HOW TO MAKE TOM TOM DRUM.
Goal: To make a small tom tom drum
Materials: 1 strong cup. Unblown balloon. Rubber band. Scissors. Drum stick.
Cut near the end of the balloon
Put the balloon on the cup
Put the rubber band on side of the cup
Drum it with anything homie
Enjoy or else.
Test: the drum.
