We have to be patient 

.once when I was at Hamner springs there was a big line but I still waited.

.once when I was at school and I waited for everyone to get there morning tea.

.when I broke my hand I had to wait for dad to get me.

Meditation

We did meditation in room3 for 4min.We talked about how it made us feel.Some 

People liked it and some did not.We had to keep still and not move. We used the red and yellow hats to analyse it.
