Grow the donkeys tail

Goal: to pin the tail in the exact middle of the donkeys bum.

Materials: pin, fake tail (can be cardboard), Donkey poster, group of people, blindfold.


method

1.  Put the poster on the wall. 
2. Tie the pin to the cardboard.
3. Organise a line with the people.
4.  Put the blindfold on the first person in the line.
5.  Pass the pin to the person with the blindfold on.
6. Walk towards the poster the best you can (this is for the person with the blindfold on)
7. Trie ame the pin to the donkeys bum.
8. Take the blindfold of the see were you got it 
9. Continue this over and over with ever person.

The person that got it the closest to where the tail would go on a real donkey is the winner.

The exciting trip to Hanmer Springs

On the last week of the school Holiday's Dad and I went to hanmer. When we got to hanmer it was 5'Ocloke so we decided not to unpack but to go straight to the pool. By the time we got the pool it started to get dark. We where jumping pool to pool and finally he lazy river the lights in the pool where like the blue northern lights reaching across the sky!When we where done jumping pool to pool we got changed and went to a restaurant where we ordered  pasta and a hamburger. The had the pasta and Dad  had the hamburger. When our food arrived we got stuck in. It was delicious,mushrooms,bacon and sauce...Delicious! I seriously needed a drink so i orded lemonade. When we finished we went straight to the caben and watched the rugby. At 9:30 i went to sleep i fell straight asleep i sleepped like there was no tommorw in the morning when i woke up we first went to golf i helped my Dad with the scoring. At the end of golf we had to go find Mum and the rest of the family because we tried to call them but Dads phone died...So we went or a walk.When we saw Mum we took Them back to the cabin. As the hours went past Mum and Dad finaly decided to book a privet pool and go at night. When night came ( to be exact 6:45) We jumped in the car... It was only a 1 minute drive. When we got there we went to the counter we payed and started walking to the privet pool's.The cold heavy rain was pounding on my face like a shower of snow. We walked though the rain to the pool...We got in the privet pool and got in the pool it was so hot i jumped back out. Finally a got in the pool it took a minute to get used to temperature. Mun,Dad,Sam and Will decided to not stay in there because it was to hot for Will so we skipped that. And then Sam felt sick so Dad took Sam and Will to the cabin so it was just Mum and i. When Mum and I where done with the pools we went back to the cabin to sleep. In the morning we got packed and headed home. I was wanting to stay longer but no i couldn't.

My first impression of 2015 room3.there are 2 new people started this year I know one of them her name is grace i knew her when I was 3 and grace lives in the same block.i can't what for the rest of the year

beach fun!

On november 10th 2014 room3,room2,room1 went to the beach to do AWESOME sandcastle's....Saskia and I made a cool  sandcastle it was a sun with a Koru in the middle.

We had a look round the beach and to be honest with u i LOVED the maze one and the flower one...

those people are real artist when it comes to sandcastles... But still i loved all of the  sandcastles!!! 

In the library the room3 kids went to see the AMAZING giraffe that Troy made, it was batman dar dar dar  dar dar dar dar dar BATMAN...I loved the giraffe !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for brain food i had CHEEEEEESE.

At the end we ran along the beach to school.

The tunnel in the forest

The tunnel had a pireat ship in it.On the front deck as a treasure chest.Eric claimed on the cercrit ship concerned of what could of happened...congradalashons aid a person I see you certainly found the cercrit ship...it has been here for centuries now the person said. What's your name? "Eric" said suspicious Eric how are you said Eric creeping into the shadows... My..... My name is cryistil,cryistil Margaret and I am 10 years old. Where is your mum and dad?they got killed! Oh I'm so sorry cryistil said Eric are allown? Yes I am always allown said cryistil. You are young so you can come to my school  and my mum can adopt you. That would be GREAT said cryistil. But would she no me "no" said Eric but my butafull mum will adoupt you ofcorss. Oh ok said cryistil...do you want to look  round the ship said cryistil ofcorss Eric said (they opened the door) sunndonly strip callaton showed up. Don't worry that was always there said cryistil. I better go back to school they will be wondering where I am... Come on cryistil you can come to school. Thanks said cryistil.... What about the adouptshon... Don't worry I will fever something out.

Rhinos.

Rhinos

White rhinos are endangered.

Female white rhinos are 1'700. Male white rhinos are 2'360 kg.

There are not many white rhinos left  in the world.

They  look like a big horned bull with horns.

They have big feet as well.

People cut rhinos horns but first they  kill rhinos...

They use the horns for medicine.

Did you know? Rhino means nose horn.

A white rhino are generally considered the second largest land mammal after the elephant.

We could help our rhino by... 

Raising money for the zoos and give it to the staff

.

We could also tell the people that they should just use tranquilliser to get the horns ... If they are not going to stop killing!!!!!!!.

Rock Pools

When I went to camp with my family we checked  out the rock pools.

It was very cool.

One rock pool was shaped as a chair and I sat on its .they were the best rock pools ever.

It was the evening when we went for a swim in the ocean...

We went there because we wanted to get out of the house. 

I saw a crab on the sand.Me and Sam jumped in one of  the rock pools. 

The crabs were quite big. 

The water was very salty.

It was a very good day for everybody.
