Lily in wonderland

"Bored! Bored! Bored! I can't believe my parents sent me to Canada to study English! I don't know anything about English and there is nothing to do,"Lily complained. She sat in the park at the edge of the forest looking up as the clouds passed by. Then she looked into the forest . Her teacher had warned her to stay in the park but she was curious so she walked through the trees. After a short while she found a secret tunnel Lily thought a bit but she was bored and forgot what her teacher said and walked into the tunnel.... she walked into the tunnel without a sound she saw a chubby, fluffy bunny that hopped around in circles,  Lily went closer and closer she heard a thud, the bunny had slipped into a deep dark ditch, Lily went to the very edge of the ditch, dirt tumbled down Lily slipped and fell down, down, down then splash she landed into a pond. Lily found a nice big tree to have a nap under she fell asleep easily she woke up about 1/2  hour later. Lily looked around then all of a sudden she felt something crawling up her leg, she was too scared to look down but she had too there was a ...... please buy now, Lily got distracted from this noise in the distance she forgot all about the thing on her leg it was a Caterpillar by the way. Back to the story she listened and followed the sound she was lead to a big humongous castle. The sound was so loud her eardrums nearly popped. At the entrance to the castle there were to slimy gooey looking things I tried to guess what they were i just couldn't get it. Then this lady came out in such a posh dress i couldn't even look at her. She said to me what are you doing here she said that they will put her into a spaceship and send her back to where ever she lived. So unfortunately that was the end of her adventure she hopped into the spaceship and flew back to Canada.

How to make Scramble egg

Goal:  How to make Scrambled eggs.

Material: 2 eggs, milk

Equipment: Whisk/fork, bowl, plate, microwave

1. Crack the egg and add the Milk.

2. Whisk it together until smooth.

3. Put it into the microwave for 1.30 minute

 longer.

 

4. Serve with salt n pepper if you wish.

5. Put on the plate

Eat your Scrambled eggs and mark it out of 10. 7/10

The day of the icy ice challenge

On Saturday my friend Maddi called me and she had nominated me for the ice challenge. 

The day before mum showed me some on Facebook but I knew that Maddi would nominate me.

I was a little scared but exicted too.

On Sunday it was the day of my ice challenge. I got up out of bed and felt really nervous and happy to. 

Maddi called about 4 hours late she came down to my house with her brother and sister.

Caleb,Maddis brother nominated my brother Tom. 

Dad filled up the buckets I felt one and I was shivering like ice in the ocean. I went first, when the bucket tipped on me I felt cold. Oh no there are 2 more buckets left. When the third bucket tipped on me I ran into the shower nearly slipped over.

The shower was so warm that I forgot that Maddi was still here.

I jumped out like a bunny. 

The best thing about my ice challenge was that we were fundraising for cancer and I was fun to.

Tigers

The tiger is part of the cat family.

Their favourite type of environment is one of forest where they can hide in the trees.

Tigers are carnivores. The majority of their diet is meat and some fat. Siberian tigers will eat moose, 

deer, sika deer and must deer. However their favourite is wild boar and manchurian.

Tigers can be white and orange. White tigers are a sort of snowy tiger and the orange tiger is a dark orange.

I choose  the tiger because they are beautiful animal.

Swimming pool and waterslide

On the second day of school camp we went to the swimming pool. First we got changed and then we jumped in the pool. It was so nice and warm. My dad threw me up in the air and I landed on my belly. Then Mr. Gray asked if we wanted to go on the waterslide of do some other things. My dad stayed in the pool with some other children while I went to the waterslide. When it was my go I went down backwards. The second time I got kicked of for going to fast. Then I went back to the pool. I had a few more dives into the pool then we had to get out and get ready for the talent quest. The end

THE TRIP TO ORANA PARK

On Wednesday the 5th the Year 4,5,6,7,and 8 children went to Orana Park. After the roll we lined up in our classrooms to go on the bus. When our classroom got on the bus we went whoosh and were off to Orana Park. It was about 25-30 minutes long. Finally we got there, Yay! WHen we got off the bus we sat down and had a little snack. Then we went through the gates and sat on the deck. After we got in our groups, year 4,5 , got Toby, he sounded like like a great zookeeper teacher. WHen we got finished our finished our food we went for a little walk to see the SIamang Gibbons. When we got there Toby talked about the Gibbons. One was named Oscar. When he was a little gibbon his mum died and he got taken away. Guess where he got taken to… a pet-shop! Then he got sold to a rubbish man. Guess how long he lived in a rubbish truck for… 6 Years! Then Oscar got sold to Orana Park. Now he has a wife and 3 children. It was an amazing story. When we left I felt like going back!

ZONES

On Wednesday I went to the zones. Jessica,Dara,James,Grace and Meg came to zones to.

 I qualified for long jump, sprints and long distance. I felt scared and excited and glad that I made it to zones. There were a lot of schools there I saw my friend Maddi, she goes to Freeville school. I came fourth  in the long distance and then I came fourth in the long long jump. Then the sprints came and I  came fourth in the first sprints I made it to the final!!!! I came fifth in the final for the sprints I was one place to go to the Canterburys. I felt disappointed but I was proud of what I did. I think I would be better next year if a make it.

The fire women

In Samoa there lived a women that had fire in her fingers. She lived in a cave with fire everywhere. One day she was throwing fireballs and then she saw a young man called Tango. She caught him and took him away. When they got back to the cave she threw him into the cave and shot him with fireballs. Then she went away to a volcano to get more fire to shot him. Then along came Tapoa Tangos friend and got him out of the cave and went back to the village. When the fire women got back she realised that Tango was gone and then she ran away and was never seen agian. 

New Ipads

This term we got new iPads There is some black new covers and some white new covers. There are really fun new apps. There is a new app called blogger. Room 3 has a blog for them selves. It's really cool. There is another cool app called mathletics everyone in the school has a password and a username. The new iPads are really fun.
